About Lauren

Lauren Wilson is the founder of LTW Consulting, a strategic operator, board member, and commerce executive with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of culture, technology, and consumer behavior. She has developed deep expertise in creating new businesses and lines of business, translating cultural relevance into commercial growth, and architecting the positioning, partnerships, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies that allow them to scale across luxury, marketplaces, and emerging commerce.

Previously, Lauren founded and led Dora Maar, a curated luxury fashion platform featured in Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Before launching Dora Maar, she led Business Development and Client Experience at Moda Operandi, working across global brand partnerships, VIP customer strategy, and new commercial initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held roles in marketing and communications at Christie’s, Gucci, and Ralph Lauren.

Today, Lauren partners with founders and leadership teams to shape growth strategy, cultural positioning, strategic partnerships, and customer experiences for emerging platforms. Her recent work includes Fluency, an AI-powered conversational commerce platform, and JOOPITER, Pharrell Williams’ auction and marketplace platform, where she led marketplace expansion, collector development, and cultural positioning. She also serves on the corporate board of RAISEfashion.

Lauren holds an M.A. in Costume Studies from New York University and a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California.
